Tyler Lauren headlines Sept. 20 ‘Sonoma Sundays on the Plaza’

Sunday, Sept. 20, Music in Place will present a performance by indie singer/songwriter Tyler Lauren.

The Vallejo-based performer has deep roots in many musical soils, but she lets her 1990s R&B-style and her swinging jazz vocal-style blossom when she performs. She is at the very beginning of what would seem to be a very promising career in music, production, songwriting, and even acting.

Lauren is an impressive vocalist and very fetching on stage. She will bring a glimpse into the direction that a new style music might be taking, which is a return to the best sounds of the past blended with tastes and samples of the current wave of popular music.
